Our interactive training helps your staff to grow and develop professionally and personally

We use a variety of formats to increase engagement including:

  • Information
  • Reflection
  • Discussion
  • Questions and answers
  • Sharing stories if this is appropriate

Coaching is about us helping you to find answers within yourself rather than us giving you advice.

However, sometimes we just need some information and so we offer bespoke training sessions on a variety of subjects.

Changing Leadership Workshop

Change is no longer something that happens once and then life settles down, change is now a constant within all our lives, particularly the workplace. In this context we are often leading in the unknown, as we don’t know exactly where we are going or what the future will look like. This demands a different style of leadership that many of us have not been trained and equipped for.
Reflect on your own leadership style and learn tools to lead more effectively in this ever changing world.
  • Learning to slow down
  • Asking the right questions for these liminal times
  • Analysing your own leadership context
  • Discovering how posture increases the effectiveness of a leader
  • Leadership paradoxes
  • Leading in the real world
  • Leading the whole person not just a part
